Purrveil is an online store at purrveil.co, operated from the Republic of Korea and fulfilled from a warehouse in the United States. You can reach us any time at support@purrveil.co.
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number (if provided), and the details of what you bought.
When you browse the site we collect standard technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at our site.
We never see or store your full card number. Payments are processed by PayPal, and your payment details go directly to them.
To process and ship your order, to send you order and tracking updates, to answer your questions, to prevent fraud, and to understand which parts of our store are useful so we can improve them.
Only the companies we need to run the store:
• Shopify — hosts our store and processes order data
• PayPal — processes payments
• Our fulfilment partner and shipping carriers — receive your name and address so your order can be delivered
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
If you sign up for our emails, you can unsubscribe from any message using the link at the bottom. We will not add you to a list because you placed an order.
Our store uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the store may stop working properly.
Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. If you would like your account and personal data removed beyond that, email us.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@purrveil.co and we will respond within 30 days.
Our store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
